I think it has to be in one of the imPort cities. [ Maybe he's in the city Dad and Carl lives. ] So people can keep a good eye on him. But I don't know which one, let alone which street.

Can't hide forever. We got eyes in Heropa. I'll ask Kaneda an' Tetsuo to look 'round Nonah. Then we can split up an' check out Maurtia Falls an' De Chima on our own.

He'll be confined to his house. His actions are monitored an' he won't be able to leave without a police escort -- if they even let him go anywhere to begin with. Has to be sanctioned an' approved, an' if he gets caught tryin' to leave, he'll be taken right back to his jail cell.

'Least, that's how it's s'posed to work. The rules in this world might be different.

Then maybe we all oughta group together. Find out his location an' go at it with a common goal. So long as he gets taken care of, I don't care how many people we got with us.

Yeah. I guess that will work.

Listen, I'm thinking of signing up to this...thing. It's a virtual reality simulator thing. Like a video game, I guess. From what I can tell, it's no different than what we faced back home. Survival stuff. At least it's virtual, so we are in no actual danger.

Thing is, it'll take around two days.

It's goverment run, but imPorts are going to call shots on how it plays out.

Hey, at least we might know some imPorts who are more like us. Maybe. If there are survivors who like messing with video games.
